**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web App testing Test Metrics and Reporting and experience with various Testing Tools and Frameworks. This role requires proficiency in Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Domain expertise in Provisioning billing systems is essential. **Responsibilities** + Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to ensure functionality performance and security. + Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements. + Utilize Test Metrics and Reporting to track and communicate testing progress and outcomes. + Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process. + Perform Manual E2E BPA to validate end-to-end business processes and ensure system integrity. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and discrepancies. + Use SNOW for incident management and tracking of testing-related issues. + Leverage Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking. + Apply basic programming skills to create automated test scripts and enhance testing efficiency. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance. + Provide detailed documentation and reports on testing activities and outcomes. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and processes. + Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables. **Qualifications** + Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrate proficiency in Web App testing and Test Metrics and Reporting. + Have hands-on experience with SNOW Rally HP ALM and Jira. + Show expertise in Manual E2E BPA and various Testing Tools and Frameworks. + Exhibit basic programming skills for test automation. + Have domain knowledge in Provisioning billing systems. + Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach to testing tasks. + Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines. + Commit to continuous learning and professional development. + Uphold high standards of quality and accuracy in all testing activities. + Foster a positive and productive team environment.
