Associate Project Manager - Finance
Description We are in search of an Associate Project Manager to become part of our team in the Healthcare industry. In this role, you will play a key part in our strategic growth plans, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and ensuring seamless transitions. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Assist in developing and managing all aspects of project and program engagement, including planning, internal and external relationships, communications, resources, and budgets • Support Program Management team in managing multiple, complex programs simultaneously, demonstrating business acumen and understanding of each transaction and program management principles • Participate in planning and facilitation activities, identifying critical project milestones and potential risks • Provide regular updates regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating effectively with leadership • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement process to establish best practices, standard templates, program policies, and optimized tools • Manage the collection, organization, review, and attestation process of due diligence, aiming to identify key risks and thoroughly examine the business for various matters • Develop, manage and facilitate stakeholder communications with cross-functional teams throughout the project life cycle • Use performance data as an opportunity to create and execute improvements • Assist Program Management team with solutions for business and operational challenges that present throughout the transaction • Use Accounting Software Systems, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, EBITDA, Pro Forma Financial Statements, and Google Suite to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential. • Must have experience with Crystal Reports. • Familiarity with Data Mining Techniques is required. • Must be able to perform Accounting Functions effectively. • Knowledge of Budget Processes is necessary. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. • Experience with Microsoft Project is required. • Understanding of EBITDA is crucial. • Must be able to prepare Pro Forma Financial Statements. • Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
