How do you excel in this position\n

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the execution of construction projects from start to finish, balancing budget, quality, and schedule. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders; managing tasks and documentation; leading meetings; and supervising on-site activities. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, ensuring safety and contract compliance, handling RFIs and change orders, reviewing invoices, and managing project closeout. Reporting to the Project or Construction Manager, this position may support one large project or multiple smaller ones and requires both on-site and office work.\n

What are we looking for\n\nHigh school diploma required.\nAt least 1 year of project administration\/support experience required.\nDemonstrated knowledge of construction or HVAC industry required. \nMust have or be able to obtain 10-hour OSHA certification.\nMust be able to thrive in a fast pace setting and adapt\/be flexible in a changing environment.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nOperating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld devices, such as Smartphones, iPads, etc.\nAbility to communicate with customers and coworkers regarding inspection and service findings is required.\n\n

What would we love to see?\n\nAssociate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.\n1-3 years of project management and\/or field experience in building infrastructure and\/or energy reduction initiatives preferred.\nBilingual written and verbal English and Spanish language ability is a plus.\nSound understanding of Mechanical and\/or Electrical engineering preferred.\n\n
