The Opportunity

This position works out of our St. Paul location in the Structural Heart division.

As the Associate Program Manager, you’ll have the chance to direct, manage and coordinate Program Development projects through cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Work On

Responsible for development and execution of detailed project plans to achieve overall program goals.Lead, coordinate and/or participate on cross-functional team activities from Concept Phase through Product Launch Phase.Responsible and accountable for meeting program development requirements, meeting program cost goals, quality objectives and time-to-market objectives.Analyze complex problems including those related to project risks. identify their impact. establish probabilities.Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business and quality standards.Travel up to 30% of the time both domestically and internationally by any means necessary to support organizational goals.Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, rules and regulations.Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering, science or a closely related discipline

Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in Medical Device

Skilled in project planning and management

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree7 + years of experienceworking knowledge of new product development methodologies

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
