Associate Program Manager, Vendor Sourcing

**About the Role**
We seek a Program Manager with experience in the vendor sourcing, preferably in high-tech, fast-paced, tight-turnaround environments, who also ideally possess a curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and language technology.
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong program and project management skills, be extremely well organized, manage time and deliverables effectively, be able to clearly communicate and present information to drive better decisions/results. The candidate should also have the ability to quickly learn and get up to speed in comprehending internal processes, ultimately bringing to the table new ideas and improving how we hire for scale and quality.
**What you'll do:**
We need a Program Manager experienced in vendor sourcing, preferably in high-tech. You'll have strong project management skills, be organized, communicate clearly, and learn quickly to improve our hiring processes.
01. Identify new vendor opportunities and drive improvements with existing vendors
02. Maintain Vendor CRM database and pricing.
03. Responsible for vendor reporting requirements.
04. Work with internal teams quoting and accounting teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
05. Collect, interpret, and analyze vendor performance data, market trends, and financial information.
06. Work with internal teams to track and maintain renewal information.
07. Work with Operations to ensure contract compliance.
08. Partner with internal Sales, Ops and Technical teams on a variety of things like, quotes, playbooks, blog content and more.
09. Plan and coordinate events such as training sessions, workshops, Vendor QBRs, etc.
10. Improve process operational efficiencies, and identify automation opportunities
**Basic Qualifications**
1. BA/BS preferably in Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or equivalent educational qualification.
2. Strong Program management experience required
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or sourcing external vendors.
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred, with multilingual abilities an advantage.
5. Organized, detail-focused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Demonstrated excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, with creativity in problem-solving and making data-driven decisions.
2. Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with decision-makers.
3. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones to develop strategic initiatives and cultivate a cohesive and creative work environment.
4. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
5. Sourcing for Language vendors and Tech
6. Understanding of Localization, Data Annotation, and Tech.
