Position Summary: The School of Public Administration (SPA) at Florida Atlantic University invites applications for a tenured Associate Professor of Public Policy. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, academic-year (9-month) faculty position based in Boca Raton, Florida, that will begin in August 2025. Teaching responsibilities will include introductory courses in public policy and public administration, policy process theories, regulation, and policy implementation. The successful appointee will also contribute to the mission of the PhD program by serving as an active member of the Public Policy track contributing to comprehensive exams, serving on dissertation committees, and teaching advanced policy courses. Additionally, the candidate may serve as a Masters’ Program Coordinator of the MPA and MNM programs either upon hire or by the following calendar year.
