Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CUSTOMER

Maintain and grow the client base by determining the appropriate portfolio structure for clients’ assets mix, geographic/currency diversification and equity and fixed income stylesDelivery of client experience, through the completion of a Wealth Plan and the introduction to Wealth PartnersConsistently provide clients with expert guidance to help them achieve their overall wealth management goals in partnership with PWM colleaguesKeep clients well informed using a combination of face-to-face, telephone and email to achieve minimum quarterly contact with all clientsDevelop investment strategies that are in line with the client’s goals and objectivesWhen working in a team, assist the Portfolio Manager where required in the preparation of presentations, marketing and other materials for client, prospect and partner meetings when requiredAct as a secondary contact to the Portfolio Managers where required for client relationshipsEfficiently manage client experience through strong communication and interpersonal skills

SHAREHOLDER

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Undergraduate DegreeCFA Level 1 or above or CIM3+ years of investment experienceEligible for provincial Securities Commission registration as an Associate Advising Representative (AAR)
