Associate Partner Development Manager
As an Associate Partner Development Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the agency partnerships team by executing marketing initiatives and outreach strategies to drive lead generation, prospect engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to generate leads and support sales initiatives. This may include email marketing, social media outreach, content creation, and advertising campaigns.Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels to introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and qualify their interest and fit.Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing and agency teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies, including identifying key target audiences, creating compelling messaging, and executing outreach campaigns to attract potential customers or grow existing accounts.Content Development: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials and sales collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and blog posts to educate prospects, showcase product/service features, and address customer pain points.Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and customer insights that can inform marketing and sales strategies.Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing and agency teams by serving as a liaison, sharing insights, gathering feedback, and coordinating joint initiatives to align efforts and achieve common goals.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, value proposition, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate key differentiators and benefits to prospects.Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the agency team to develop and refine sales collateral, scripts, and outreach strategies to optimize the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and conversion, while consistently demonstrating a high level of activity and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years in marketing, sales, or customer service roles within the AdTech industry, preferably with a focus or knowledge of data & identityProficiency in outreach and prospecting software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Groove) and other sales productivity tools is a mustExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and conciselyMeticulous organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholdersHunter/go-getter mentality who is skilled at generating leads through cold calling, research, and networkingResults-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering measurable outcomesHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSome travel is required
