 The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration, Bilingual English and Spanish plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Associate Director, Clinic/Center Administration requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

The Associate Operations Director, Clinic/Center Administration, Bilingual English and Spanish is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of strategic staffing plans, operational policies, and standardized procedures across assigned clinics. This role works in close collaboration with physician leaders and clinical teams to ensure operational excellence and optimal patient outcomes in a value-based care environment. The Associate Director identifies and resolves complex technical and operational challenges, implements performance improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This position may oversee multiple clinic managers, and/or highly specialized professional staff, and plays a key role in driving culture, consistency, and performance across the market.

Additional responsibilities include:

Translating strategic objectives into operational action plans.Monitoring key performance metrics (Clinical, financial, and patient experience) and using data to drive improvement.Supporting growth initiatives including new clinic openings, provider onboarding, and service line expansions.Championing patient-centered care and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Serving as a key liaison between frontline teams and market leadership, ensuring clear communication, alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of management experience in clinical care or a related healthcare field.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related fieldBilingual in both English and SpanishJob is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Candidates selected for this job will be required to be screened for TB.Current CPR certification.Associates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance.Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on delivering quality, value-based care and continuously improving consumer experiences.Deep understanding of value-based care models, particularly within the Orlando market - including familiarity with regional demographics, population health trends, and competitive landscape.Proven ability to oversee multiple clinical sites, driving performance and consistency across teams.Expert-level proficiency in EMR systems (Electronic Medical Records), preferably Athena, with the ability to train, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows.Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel-must be comfortable building, analyzing, and interpreting complex reports to drive operational decisions.Demonstrated success in fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture, with the ability to influence and engage clinical and administrative leaders.Ability to thrive in a matrixed leadership structure and work in partnership with physician leaders and market executives.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence, prioritize, and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.Patient-first mindset with a clear-focus on delivering exceptional care experiences and improving health outcomes.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$100,000 - $141,300 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
