Provide entry-level OT (Operational Technology) support as part of a team of OT EngineersSupport and maintain manufacturing operation data systems and servers including hardware and software for the Columbus Plant OT systems. For example: OSIsoft PI, Ignition, ZPI data servers, DeltaV, iFix, and FactoryTalk AssetCentreCoordinate with IT support team as needed to maintain secured OT infrastructure for manufacturing operation and actively participate in Cyber Security compliance initiatives: disaster recovery, asset security, patching, malware prevention, etc.Provide Manufacturing Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) architecture supportWork with Division teams to deploy manufacturing operations data systems as part of cross-functional capital project delivery teamCoordinate with internal quality and process authority organizations to ensure regulatory complianceMaintain solutions for Critical Process Parameters Monitoring and Process Data ReportingResolve underlying problems: Identify customer/client needs and propose solutions to address them; make alterations in products or services to better meet (recognized or unrecognized) customer needs, e.g. partners with an outside vendor to provide a better deliverableProvide on call support of plant OT systemsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer or Electrical Engineering degree preferred)Experience with setting-up and installing computer hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with Windows Server Operating Systems management and troubleshootingFamiliarity with all or some of the following manufacturing OT / IT systems: Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), data historians, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systemsExperience or relevant coursework related to computer networking such as network architectures and topologies, networking protocols, and network securityApply Now

The base pay for this position is $48,000.00 – $96,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
