Associate OEC Manager
**RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Four Main Responsibilities:** **Job Weighting%/Main Responsibilities:** + 40% - As Compliance BP, provide advice, solutions, and review support on divisions' daily matters, projects, and activities. + 25% - Conduct divisional monitoring programs, data analytics, and corrective action. + 20% - Based on various audiences' needs, develop and deliver tailored education and training. + 15% - Participate in Global goals and local projects in implementing cross-country, multi-division, or cross-functional initiatives. **Major** **Responsibilities/Activities:** + Assist line manager in tackling daily matters of the supported divisions in China and Hong Kong (the “Divisions”). Perform direct communication with mid-level management and first-line sales reps of the Divisions, and be able to provide accurate compliance policy interpretation and practical solutions. + Collect and analysis of compliance-related information and data to develop divisional-level dashboards; perform division-oriented monitoring of business practice and activities to effectively conduct compliance risk assessment, trend analysis, and best practice recommendations under supervision from the line manager. + Assist line manager in partnering with the key leadership of the Divisions and other functional heads to carry out important compliance initiatives or reviews, including the management meetings of the Divisions, compliance review committees, compliance audits, project reviews, etc. + Develop OEC-related training materials and provide training to support the Divisions. + Participate in Global goals and local projects in implementing cross-country, multi-division, or cross-functional initiatives. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Industry experience** **s** : + Ideally, the candidate will have 3+ years of related compliance programs or compliance roles. + Track record at big multinational companies, preferred with leading healthcare MNCs. + Sound knowledge and understanding of various compliance initiatives and practices. **Position experiences:** + Prior experience with or exposure to business functions such as legal, compliance, internal risk controls, and audit teams. + Experience in in-house compliance BP, monitoring, or investigation in pharmaceutical MNCs in is preferred. **Language** **Skills** **:** + Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. + Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. **Computer** **Skills:** + Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint. + Specialties in data analysis tool, e.g., Power BI, are preferred. **Mobili** **ty:** + Based in Shanghai. + 20% travel, mostly within China. **Certificate** **Required:** + Bachelor's or above degree required.
