This is a hybrid position with a weekly work schedule of two days in the Boston MA or Portsmouth NH office.
As a member of Global Brand & Communications team, the Associate Talent Marketing Manager will assist with the development and management of an integrated talent marketing strategy aimed at attracting top-tier talent to our company. This role is key in promoting brand awareness and consideration among prospective talent while positioning Liberty Mutual as a great place to work with a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment. Partnering with internal stakeholders, you will develop and execute external talent marketing campaigns that will help Liberty become a top talent destination.
Responsibilities:
Strategic management of integrated talent marketing initiatives: Leads creative development of strategic external talent marketing initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and application through various tactics such as website content, email marketing, hiring events, print, video, digital media, etc. Supports performance measurement and analytics of assigned programs and initiativesSupports budget management of talent marketing campaignsPartnership Collaboration:Manages relationships with internal Talent Acquisition stakeholders to drive creative development and execution forward, delivering on identified opportunities and objectivesPartners closely with internal teams (Social, PR, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), DEI, etc.) to identify new go-to-market opportunities and further promote our talent brand storyAssists in collaboration with Brand, Digital Advertising, Social Media and Sponsorships to ensure go-to-market talent attraction strategic and tactical approach is fully integratedCreative Project Management: Manages internal creative teams to ensure timely production and delivery of assigned projects and campaigns. This includes managing creative kickoff of assignment, conducting reviews/approvals, delivery of feedback to creative and final assets to partners. Ensures projects are completed within the desired budget, schedule, and quality standardsProactively looks for ways to improve existing processes and drive optimizations and implementationsTalent Marketing Best Practices:Creates presentations that are well organized with inputs from manager and partnersEnsures all talent marketing strategies and deliverables are in alignment with our enterprise brand Identity and Values QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
Has project management or agency account management experience with a solid background in integrated marketing; employer brand or talent marketing experience a plus. Experience in end-to-end execution of successful omnichannel marketing campaigns, inclusive of paid digital mediaExperience with iCIMS Video Studio, CRM Marketing and/or website development a plusProficient in understanding multiple marketing disciplines and how they connectBudget management experience preferred. Strong ability to present work and lead meetingsAbility to think strategically and an eagerness to learn with strong attention to detailProactive problem solver, with the ability and willingness to jump right inQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required; minimum 5 years of relevant and progressively more responsible experience within a marketing driven organization Requires strong integrated marketing experience, knowledge and associated skillsRequires advanced knowledge of marketing communications principles and practices Strong organizational, coordination, project management, and analytical skills Strong oral and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple prioritiesExperience working with and/or managing outside agenciesAbility to effectively interact with all levels of the organizationProactively seeks to learn and apply new tactics and job skills to enhance current role and improve broader team’s performance About Us**This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.**
