Responsible for design and development of Packaging for Solar Modules.  Responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance against ISO 9001 and 14001 documentation requirements in the department. Responsible for Quality Management of reliability lab against ISO 17025 standard NABL Accreditation. Responsible for logistics and commercial activities in SAP environment e.g. RGP, NRGP, PR  Responsible for developing key systems and procedures (SOPs) leading to optimization of technology and processes Explore new technology & products and Involved with all cross functional teams and lead them from the front to achieve timely and cost-effective roll out of projects Providing technical support in cell & module Shall take various R & D initiatives in wafer/cell/module manufacturing Shall take various cost reduction initiatives Provide technical support to achieve agreed Manufacturing targets Maintain and develop Organizational Culture, Values and reputation in the market. Education Qualification -B.Tech/Phd

Experience 9-11 Years
