Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager Training to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs while ensuring high-quality standards across the organization.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performanceConduct training needs assessments and create tailored learning solutions for various departmentsManage and maintain the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standardsDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both training effectiveness.Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as neededCollaborate with department leaders to identify training needs improvement opportunities.Mentor and guide team members in training management practicesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.Prepare and present reports on training outcomes performance to management people.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
