Within this role you will be responsible for the implementation and day to day operation of the Regeneron Manufacturing Execution System, the integrity of the data within the system and those provided by the associated data exchanges. You will be responsible for ensuring that MES operations fully meets the needs of the business by aligning with Commercial Manufacturing requirements.
As an Associate Manager in MES Operations a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:
Key Responsibilities:Implementing and running Regeneron's MES system, ensuring alignment with site policies and processesCoordinating with various functional groups to prioritise MES operationsOptimising system installation and drive continuous process improvementsReviewing company documentation (SOPs, requirements, Manufacturing Batch Records) to assess MES impactBuilding strong business relationships with Commercial Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Material Management teamsCollaborating with other IOPS sites to deliver the MES systemPartnering with IT to meet MES Operations goals and objectivesWorking with Procurement and IT to establish good relationships with external vendors and suppliersAligning MES practices with Commercial Manufacturing objectives to anticipate and address future needsDesigning and maintaining MES Recipe Authoring, Workflows, Electronic Batch Records, etcSupporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MES upgrades and changesReviewing and approve MES Change Controls, ensuring GxP complianceResponding to audit inquiriesCollaborating with Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Training to develop and schedule training sessionsProviding guidance and support to MES Operations team members, ensuring they have the skills and tools needed for successDelivering performance and usage metrics to management and usersProviding strategic updates to senior managementThis role might be for you if:You demonstrate knowledge and experience of MES preferably Werum PAS/XYou possess logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsYou have excellent analytical, written and oral communication skillsYou demonstrate an ability to work within a successful teamTo be considered for this opportunity you should have a BA/BS in related area and a minimum of 7 years of experience working with MES or manufacturing systems within a life science manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
