Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data collection, Analysis and MIS preparation for all the operations process.  

Monitor and report the spending and savings data for the operations. 

Develop meaningful dashboards, and slides for regular local and regional reviews.

Coordinate the daily, weekly and monthly meeting for the operations team.   

Develop in-depth understanding of Lean Sigma philosophy and methods as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas

Analyze and help identify projects or process changes that will eliminate non-value added activities and create or improve processes that add value to our customers

Act as a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements

Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership

Effective Stakeholder management  

Qualifications

B.Sc. Engineering  (Industrial & production or Mechanical Engineering preferred)  

Minimum 6 years of experience with good command & exposure to Enterprise Lean Six Sigma concepts 

Very good Interpersonal skills and communication ( Written & Verbal)  skills are required

Strong business & operation data analysis skills & reporting 

Ability to develop the MIS & Slides preparation for Management reviews.  

Sound understanding of production process

Ability to work under pressure timelines and target oriented

Process oriented and very good time management skills
