• Develop detailed structural designs for precast concrete elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Perform structural analysis using appropriate software to assess the integrity and strength of precast structures.
• Collaborate with project teams to review and interpret design specifications, providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to validate structural integrity and address any design-related issues.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, drawings, and documentation related to structural designs and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on design objectives and project requirements.
• Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while prioritizing safety and sustainability principles. 

Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Structural Engineering.  Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis within the precast 
industry
