Overview & Responsibilities:
The Paramount Brand Studio is a market-facing team passionate about fueling the sale of influencer marketing and fulfilling revenue-generating campaigns. The team's primary focus is to interface directly with the pitch, activation, and creative teams, the digital ad sales team and their clients in the post-sale phase, functioning as externally-facing talent leads and influencer marketing specialists, with deep industry knowledge.
The Associate Manager helps the Senior members of the Talent Team carry out all responsibilities tied to the talent booking process from pitch to execution in an effort to deliver campaigns that are industry-leading in creative quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management and client relations, with extensive proficiency in the influence and social landscape. In this role, you'll identify Talent across brand campaigns, so being pop culture obsessed and on top of emerging talent and trends is a plus!
Responsibilities:
• Innovate the process of finding, casting, and activating influencer talent (from micros to celebrities) for branded Influence campaigns.
• Collaborate with pitch, activation, and creative teams in the pitch phase to determine appropriate talent strategy and distribution plan
• Perform outreach, extend offers and negotiate talent deals for brand-sponsored social campaigns
• Responsible for handling campaigns end-to-end throughout campaign execution including budgeting, facilitation of content collection, and logistics (i.e. book travel, glam, transportation)
• Must be able to handle budget, problem solve, and develop relationships with both talent direct as well as agents/managers
• Spearhead the Talent process on both internal pitch meetings and external campaign kick-off calls
• Develop new Talent Cards with detailed biographies to support casting choices using
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent, media and/or a related field
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Keynote, and PPT
Additional Qualifications:
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead many moving parts simultaneously and work efficiently across disparate functions
• Embody integrity, maturity, and finesse while effectively handling expectations of high-profile and fast-paced agents, talent, and publicists
• Heavy social media user with a strong grasp on culture, keen understanding of emerging content trends, and curiosity about the fast-growing influencer marketing industry
• A problem-solver able to thrive in a face-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal tracking systems and procedures
• Passion for discovering the most creative and diverse talent across all social media channels!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 77,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
