The company also established its in-house unscripted studio FOX Alternative Entertainment (The Masked Singer, Snake Oil, I Can See Your Voice, Name That Tune), FOX Entertainment Studios (Animal Control) to develop scripted content, and worldwide content sales unit FOX Entertainment Global.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Associate Manager of Strategic Promo Planning will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing plans across FOX, FOX owned linear networks and non-linear platforms, analyzing results, and coordinating and managing the integration of visual graphical elements across FOX primetime programming. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and experience in the television landscape. The Associate Manager of Strategic Promo Planning will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective scheduling, resource allocation, and content delivery, contributing to the success of FOX Entertainment. Key attributes for success in this role include attention to detail, a strong desire to learn and grow, a collaborative mindset, the ability to take initiative, and strong communication skills to engage with key stakeholders across FOX. The Associate Manager, Strategic Promo Planning will report to the Senior Manager of Strategic Promo Planning.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive on-air and non-linear strategies that align with organizational goals and objectivesMonitor and report on the performance of content using key metrics and KPIsCoordinate with the VP, Senior Manager, and Manager of Strategic Promo Planning and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of plansServe as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding on-air and non-linear strategiesContribute to the strategy and implementation of in-show graphic marketing elementsFoster and sustain collaborative relationships with key distributors and the distribution teamAssist in asset delivery to digital advertising platforms, distributors, and secondary window partnersSupport the compiling and approval of metadata for all Fox series and assist in the auditing of distribution platformsProvide insights and recommendations to improve viewership and engagementPartner with the Tech team to assist in building internal dashboards and incorporating automation into current processesClearly communicate plans, changes, and updates, while overseeing internal marketing documents to ensure accuracy and timely updates on a consistent schedule Work with the Senior Manager to create a collaborative and innovative work environment while mentoring and supporting team membersWHAT YOU WILL NEED
2+ years of experience in broadcast operations, media planning, or a related fieldStrong understanding of broadcast scheduling, content management, and television analyticsExcellent organizational and analytical skillsProficiency in scheduling software and broadcast management systemsBasic competency with asset management or cloud-based systemsFamiliarity with streaming service UI, platforms, and operationsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field#LI-DNI

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $61,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
