The Associate Manager Sourcing Execution isrresponsible for supporting the sourcing strategy implementation and for the execution of the Sourcing activities and events, as well as collaborating in the handover of the contracting processes to the Contract Manager. Withing this context, the Associate Manager Sourcing Execution, has full autonomy to run and negotiate the “so called” Light Strategic Tenders **What You'll Do:** + Collaborates with the Strategic Supply Managers to analyse and transform Stakeholders needs and Sourcing Objectives in tangible RFx requirements. + Selects and proposes the right RFx method (strategic tender, light tender, auctioning, RFI). + Prepares, launches and issues the RFx to the pre-selected (by the Supply Managers or Operational Procurement) Suppliers panel, via the BIC e-sourcing platform. + Follows-up the RFx progress and supports Suppliers in the usage of the BIC e-Sourcing platform. + Evaluates offers received and by creating different assessment scenarios based on state-of the –art quantitative and qualitative selection criteria, proposes the best awarding offers. + For the “Light Strategic Tenders”, is responsible for the end-to-end negotiation and the final agreement with the selected Suppliers, with the guidance of the Supply Manager who has the Supply Relationship Responsibility. + Proposes, develops and maintains the Sourcing Execution KPIs in cooperation with IT and Data Analytics teams. + Proposes, analyses and maintains the Sourcing Execution best practices documentation, use-cases and work instructions + Proposes targeted enhancements of the Sourcing Execution operating model and the e-sourcing platform, and follow-ups their proper and timely implementation. **What You'll Bring To BIC:** + Degree in Procurement, Business administration, Supply Chain + 3+ years in Procurement + Experience using e-sourcing tools + Teamwork spirit + Good communication and collaboration skills **What We Offer You:** + We provide comprehensive health and life coverage that is your safety net in times of need; + Hybrid model of working; + Multisport card – fully covered by the Company; + Food Vouchers - 200 BGN; + Transportation and Communication Allowance – 60 BGN; + Coffee, Fruits, and Healthy Food in the office; + Work environment -diverse community united by shared goals and values, ambitious and driven by friendly atmosphere.
