Who we are looking for…


Primary responsibility for the Associate Finance Manager is to provide financial management and analytical support to the Sr Director FP&A, EVP and CFO, and Corporate Controller. Develops, reviews, and provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of the monthly Corporate Business Unit results and financial projections.  Ownership over the tracking and financial projections for the Enterprise Savings program and related restructuring cost, capital and savings.  Establishes, maintains, and enhances a large body of Corporate and Enterprise processes to ensure accurate external financial reporting. 

What you will do…

(50%) Corporate Business UnitSupport consolidation process for enterprise month-end close; including reconciliation of total company legal and management resultsPrepare and analyze Corporate Business Unit P&L for monthly actual results, monthly projections, AOP, and Strat Plan; including assessment of risks & opportunities, analysis of key drivers and issuance of monthly reporting package (actual and projection) and related communicationsAssemble, analyze, and input all normalizing one-time items (Management to Legal financial statements, i.e., restructuring charges, impairments, etc.) to determine adjusted financial results and prepare for quarterly Non-GAAP reconciliation reportingEvaluate unallocated corporate expenses and execute quarterly Corporate cost pushdown process for external segment reporting(20%) Restructuring & Enterprise Cost Savings ProgramsResponsible for assembling actual costs and projections for one-time restructuring events/projects and Enterprise cost savings initiatives for quarterly SEC disclosures; performing ad hoc analysis/assessment as needed to ensure appropriate forecast and disclosurePartner with stakeholders throughout Campbell’s to aggregate information, ensure restructuring-related severance transactions are recorded accurately and timely, as well as ensure appropriate governance of balance sheet reserves at local levelResponsible for the accounting and reconciliation of US Restructuring reserves and related items(10%) Internal and External ReportingSupport quarterly disclosure and SEC filings by preparing quarterly P&L bridges (i.e., marketing, selling and administrative expenses), providing analysis to support selected disclosures, drafting non-GAAP reconciliations, and performing MD&A and earnings release draftingSupport preparation of templates for various communications such as quarterly earnings release, CFO Investor Update presentation and Employee ForumsPrepare supplemental briefing documents as needed to support disclosures and investor Q&A(10%) Balance Sheet & Cash Flow ReportingForecast Corporate Business Unit Balance Sheet items and one-time items in support of enterprise Free Cash Flow(10%) Other Corporate Deliverables and Support of Ad Hoc Requirements/Special ProjectsPrepare quarterly assessment of total company Annual Incentive Compensation (AIP) and Sales Incentive Compensation (SIP) to ensure accuracy of liability; prepare quarterly assessment of AIP scoring metrics working alongside Compensation Committee timelinesProvide critical subject matter guidance on management Profit Center changes; a key liaison with Reporting COE and Financial Systems Team to ensure changes are accurately reflected in Enterprise reportingProvide analytical support for CFO, Investor Relations, Corporate Controller as neededSupport corporate initiatives to implement other EPM functionality upgrades (i.e., rounding, 13th period, etc.)Implement improvements and drive process efficiency where necessary

What you bring to the table (must have)…

Minimum education: Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related discipline, plus 4 to 6 years related experienceExcellent systems experience especially with the Microsoft Office products

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$84,700-$121,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
