Associate Manager, Business Intelligence Sales

**Role Purpose**
To serve as a Business Intelligence lead, managing a team of analysts and specialists to deliver strategic insights and data-driven solutions that support respective business functional areas. This role ensures alignment with departmental priorities, drives performance improvements, and fosters stakeholder engagement through innovation and effective team leadership.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Act as liaison and representative for key internal clients, maintaining close working relationships with all identified business owners.
+ Develop a strong working knowledge of stakeholders’ respective business functional areas.
+ Set strategies and objectives for a specific pillar/subteam and ensure alignment with the overall priorities of the Analytics department.
+ Ensure project requirements are developed in accordance with specified business and technical demands.
+ Manage processes and vendor relationships for ongoing projects.
+ Drive team member engagement; track performance and provide guidance on development and career growth.
+ Provide coaching to team members in crafting detailed, in-depth written and verbal presentations on business performance.
+ Compile, analyze, and measure performance against goals (ROIs and KPIs); present recommendations to stakeholders to improve performance.
+ Manage the team’s expenses within the allocated budget.
**Key Skills & Experiences**
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or related fields (e.g., Information Technology, Operations Research), or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
+ Minimum university degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
**Experience**
+ 3 or more years of progressive work-related experience with relational decision-support databases and analytical consulting.
+ Demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position.
**Technical Skills & Knowledge**
+ Strong project management skills in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.
+ Solid communication skills—presentation, verbal, and written—suitable for all levels of the organization.
+ Established strong working knowledge of different business functional areas; serves as point of contact to stakeholders.
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage and build effective relationships.
+ Demonstrated experience in programming, computing, databases, data visualization, and data analysis.
+ Requires substantial knowledge and skills in a specific professional discipline, involving integration of theory, best practices, and principles.
+ Applies subject matter knowledge independently.
