D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Associate Loan Processor. The right candidate will assist in the processing of mortgage loans by providing coverage to teammates who are out of the office and provide a high level of customer service to the company’s builders as well as our home buyers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for covering the pipeline of teammates who are out of the office due to approved vacation, leave of absence, sick leave, etc. Communicate with the Mortgage Loan Originator, borrower, etc. on any items needed for the loanSubmit loan files and/or conditions to UnderwritingComplete pre-draws for ClosingSubmit loan files to Closing after final approvalRead updates and comply with all quality control policiesReview Loan Processor reports/dashboards dailyMaintain an accurate communication logUpdate comments and communication on all relevant reportsReview all files for company required checklistsAttend QC meetings as scheduledAttend weekly processor meetings as directed by the Branch Operations ManagerConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAble to work overtimeAble to travel overnightD.R.
