Associate-Level Architect for Prestigious Practice
About this role
An award-winning and employee-owned practice in central London, who specialise in unique historic and conservation architecture, is seeking an accomplished Associate / Senior Associate. You'll have the opportunity to join an established practice to oversee and deliver once-in-a-lifetime projects in central London and around the UK. You'll have proven experience with completed projects and relevant accreditations for this heritage work. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Operate autonomously, with the support of the Director, leading a team on a daily basis, working on major projects. Manage teams to consistently deliver innovative design and technical excellence that meet high quality standards. Represent the practice to develop further business opportunities with existing and new clients.

Skills and Experience

Part 3 qualified with +10 years PQE working in the UK. Have excellent design, technical and conservation experience.   A full understanding of the UK building and planning regulations.  Proven client-facing and team leadership skills.  Strong experience working across all RIBA stages of work.  Accreditation with AABC, RIBA SCA / CA is desirable.  Be well organised, have project management skills and strong experience with financial aspects of projects and business development.
