Position Summary Job Responsibilities Administration and Management of the Learning Management System Ownership of entire life cycle of a training program- Announcing course, nomination management, invites , Training record keeping , attendance marking , feedback follow ups and reporting etc . Physically initiating training program at respective locations or on virtual session by introducing the trainers. Managing learning logistics at all times – IT setup, projectors, flipcharts etc . Coordination of the campus Induction Training programs -Creating schedule id on LMS, coordinating with trainers, speakers, Exam management with in-person proctoring to ensure no malpractice during exams , getting exams evaluations done by trainers , recording of attendance , creating score cards etc . Administration of the Learning Management system and any other systems or portals utilized by the L&D team Maintain up to date training records suitable for audit Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders  Updating training records, learning assets – with version controls on LMS Create a training calendar and other mailers for employee communications. Create Daily, weekly. Fortnightly, monthly reporting for various initiative to report to L&D manager and internal stakeholders. Education Bachelor Equivalent - Other in Hr ManagementWork Experience
