The Associate Implementation Consultant is passionate about providing software solutions to financial institution customers. They are competent in and demonstrate required skills and exhibits ability to learn and apply new skills by keeping abreast of current developments and adapting to new technologies. The Associate Implementation Consultant identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and develops alternative solutions. They have impeccable relationship skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that they work with. The Associate Implementation Consultant role analyzes, evaluates, and implements technical software applications, data sources or integrations with internal and external applications. The role exhibits good listening and comprehension, responds promptly to customer needs, and meets commitments. The Associate Implementation Consultant demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles while following instructions, responding to management direction, and takes responsibility for their own actions.

 

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

 

Designs and implements client specific instances of Verint’s WFM Branch software solutions to meet business and integration requirements. Completes this work under the close supervision of more experienced Implementation Consultants and the team leadership. Implementation clients are primarily, if not exclusively, banks and credit unions. Design and configuration tasks are primarily focused on standard approaches. Novel approaches are typically determined by more experienced Implementation Consultants. Assists more experienced Implementation Consultants in Tier II support for existing clients. Builds lasting and productive business relationships with clients. Acts as a liaison between business and engineering interests both internally and with clients. Supports testing, training, and production support activities as necessary. Contributes to both the team’s and the company’s continuous improvement efforts

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or related field or equivalent work experience 0 -3 years of technical consultant experience in enterprise implementation and/or debugging production application issues Experience using and administrating Windows operating systems (client and server), IIS, Tasks and Services Fluent in at least one procedural, object-oriented, or query language (e.g. C#, Java, VB, VBA, SQL) Strong problem-solving skills Desire to learn new technologies and business domains Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive project schedules Business acumen and strong written and oral communications skills Knowledge of a Database Technology (Microsoft SQL Server) and the ability to interpret schemas and/or author queries and stored procedures Experience in documenting customer issues with ability to tailor the explanation of technical concepts to the audience Experience in effectively dealing with customer service issues and handling customer conflict Familiarity with debugging tools/techniques Ability to work a flexible schedule in the interest of customer satisfaction; may be required to participate in on-call rotations consistent with Support’s on-call practice Successful completion of the background check process, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal convictions, OFAC, SS Verification and credit, where available and in accordance with federal and local regulations

Preferred Requirements:

Clear understanding of enterprise applications Relational databases and T-SQL (particularly MS SQL Server) Software requirements and design Data Integration Software configuration management (e.g. GIT) Systems engineering Business process optimization Basic understanding of the following domains: capacity planning, forecasting, optimization, scheduling Basic knowledge of the following technologies: C#, XML/XSD, LINQ, Visual Studio, MS Excel Experience working with .NET/C# Applications Experience with virtualization and cloud services such as Azure/AWS Experience in programming and debugging Ability to author technical articles to document found solution Experience with Dynamics CRM
