Job Description:

 ·       Develop, manage, and support daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SQL and Power BI. Extract and transform data from various healthcare systems and databases for analysis and reporting purposes.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.

·       Create and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting workflows using AWS services Perform data quality checks, data validation, and troubleshooting of reporting issues.

·       Design and implement dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

·       Analyse large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for operational improvement. Assist with ad-hoc analysis and custom reporting requests from business leadership.

·       Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA when handling sensitive data.

·       Support the team in developing predictive analytics and advanced reporting solutions as the business evolves.
