. Bachelor degree in accounting or other related discipline;

. No requirement on experience, fresh graduate is acceptable;

. Accounting qualification（会计上岗证） is required;

. Fluent (verbal and written) in both English and Mandarin, CET-4 is required;

. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;

. Strong attention to detail;

. Excellent computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office suite including strong Excel and accounting software skills

. Daily invoicing and customer portal reconciliation;

. Receipts booking and AR offset of incoming payment;

. Bank payments as well as BAD management;

. AR month end closing work; 

. AR, Cash and Bank & BAD reconciliation;

.  Relationship with Bank for all bank related issues;

.  Tax declaration including VAT tax refund, EIT and other local tax;

.  Register overseas contracts and Claim tax withholding releated to non-trade payments;

.  Monthly statistics declaration to statistics bureau;

.  SAFE related issues;

.  Annual official documents inspection;

.  Collect and compile data according to manager's requirements;
