The role requires solid background in AR Accounting, Cash Applications. Excellent comprehension and retention skills, mastery in data entry able to communicate effectively with minimal supervision. 

Provides administrative or technical support at a Junior level. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

• Maintaining and updating information in database regularly

• Scanning of documents

• Perform simple reconciliation with identified codes to be investigated

• Uploading of documents in the tool

• Accurately apply and allocate payments

• Mailbox handling re: enquiries both internal and external

• Other administrative functions as needed and identified by the role

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree related to Business Administration, Finance or any similar courses1-2 years experience as Data Entry (cash app background is a plus)Knowledgeable in reconciliationAccounting software such as Oracle, SAP, CRM, etc.Role is in a morning/mid shift Manila timeAmenable to work on-site 10-12 days per monthOffice Location: 12F Three World Square, Upper McKinley, Taguig City (landmark: Venice Grand Canal mall)
