What will you be doing?

This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their HR career looking to grow into a true HR Business Partner. You’ll be an integral support to our HRBP team—someone who enjoys managing core HR processes while gradually taking on more ownership and working directly with business leaders. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in both structured and ambiguous situations, takes initiative to figure things out, and values being part of a collaborative team.   The Associate HRBP will support our Operations and Business ATP (AI, Technology, and Product) teams, working across a wide range of HR activities—think employee relations coaching, talent acquisition support, immigration support, performance conversations, reporting, and more. While your focus will be on supporting our U.S. employee population, there will be opportunities to collaborate with our global teammates.

Build strong, service-oriented relationships with employees and leaders by providing timely communication, follow-ups, and thoughtful partnership

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Ops, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to support team and business goals

Gain a deep understanding of the business and team dynamics to ensure HR practices are aligned with needs

Own and maintain regular reporting; strong Excel skills are essential, including the ability to analyze data and provide insights

Be proactive in problem-solving—willing to figure things out independently, take initiative, and surface solutions when challenges arise

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HR support role, ideally with exposure to employee relations, performance management, and/or coaching

Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups); must be comfortable learning new functions independently and figuring things out as needed

Resourceful and proactive with sound judgment and a strong foundational understanding of core HR functions—including employee relations, talent development, organizational development, and change management

Self-starter with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset; thrives in environments with evolving processes and ambiguity

Collaborative team player who communicates clearly, follows through, and enjoys pitching in wherever needed

Comfortable offering creative ideas and problem-solving in real time, even when faced with unfamiliar situations

SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred

Experience with HR systems like UKG or Workday is a plus
