Associate HR Advisor
Pay Range: €35000 - €37000

As HR Advisor you will work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, and the HR hub team to achieve strategic business objectives, including supporting performance management, talent management planning, employee engagement and employee relations. 

Your purpose will be to administer and advise the regional businesses (UK) on the company’s HR practices, policies, and procedures, inclusive of providing coaching and advice to employees and line managers. You will support business in the assigned region by providing expert advice/counsel to managers and employees on a variety of aspects of human resources in compliance with employment laws. You may support in cyclical HR activities which sit outside the other H2R teams – e.g., Succession Planning and employee Engagement.

Your responsibilities: 

·Collaborate with HRBPs, local HR Operations Advisors and Centres of Expertise to ensure effective administration of HR policies and practices.

·Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing advice and support on policy interpretation by using ticketing tool where possible.

·Advise on various HR matters including payroll, Workday system administration, performance and absence management. Escalating to specialist teams as required.

·Process administrative tasks in JM internal HR system related to employee life-cycle.

·Handle document creation for JM employees as well as conduct exit interviews.

·Handle individual employee issues and answer queries / cater to individual needs, employment, terms and conditions, policy, procedure and best practices.

·Provide reliable and timely support to employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.

·Take accountability for issue resolution and/or escalation of queries if they cannot be resolved.


 Requirements for the role: 


•     Experience in HR field, ideally in an HR admin/operations/services role: employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, time & attendance, absences, benefits administration, maintaining employee records, etc would be a benefit.  
•    Professional proficiency in English language, written & verbal (must have). 
•    Good communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
•    Team player able to work independently and be proactive. 
•    Structured, accurate and detail-oriented personality.
•    Tech-savvy and capable of quickly learning to use systems and tools. Experience with Workday is a huge plus.

We are currently seeking employee for 10 AM to 7 PM shifts.
