Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the techno-commercial aspects of thermal projects, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies that align with business objectives Oversee the tendering process, contract negotiations, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective project execution Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation of project feasibility and risk assessment Monitor project performance and financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates effectively to internal and external parties Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth Experience: 15+ years of experience in the Thermal Project industry Demonstrated track record of success in techno-commercial roles within the power sector Proven experience in managing large-scale thermal projects Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration preferred Behavioural Skills: Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities Strong communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinking and business acumen Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of techno-commercial aspects in the thermal power sector Proficiency in financial analysis and project budgeting Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the power industry Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software Non-Negotiable Skills: Extensive experience in techno-commercial roles within the thermal power sector Demonstrated success in managing large-scale thermal projects Strong leadership and strategic decision-making abilities
