The Associate GDCM Property Systems Specialist will follow the approved implementation processes. This position will successfully deploy and install Property, Sales, and/or Revenue systems to our hotel properties globally. You will provide remote / onsite training, system configuration and troubleshooting. You will perform these implementation projects after the handover from the Manager or Senior Associate.

 What will I be doing?

\n

As the Associate GDCM Property Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:

\n\nLiaise with the hotel management team about remote / onsite activities, schedules, and trainings. \nExecute the following scheduled activities: System database build, training, hardware placement / setup and system interfacing. \nPerform system issue resolution by collaborating with the support teams (internal and external) to rectify any support tickets. \nProvide communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task scheduling. \nSign-off on projects, providing wrap up and handover as per the project plan and task list. \nMaintain your own development and onboarding plans, working with the Senior Associates and management team to achieve full exposure to all implementation project types. \nAttend all internal departmental and training calls, actively participating in information sharing through approved channels.\n\n

An Associate GDCM Property Systems Specialist is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n

\n\n2 years of professional work experience in a Technology related field.\nBilingual English and Mandarin speaker, as classroom trainings are conducted in English and Mandarin \n3 years of hotel experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems daily. \nSolid understanding of Hilton’s systems (PMS, CRS, downstream systems) and interfaces. \nAble to travel 50% of the time, both domestic and international.\nSuperb communication skills (verbal and written). \nIndependent work ethic and collaboration skills to work as part of a team. \nGood organization skills to ensure process improvement and implementation integrity.\nConsistent record of accomplishments executing Hilton’s standard operating procedures and standards.\n\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

\n\nBachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree.\n5 years of related experience.\n2+ years of managerial experience.\nShown success in a customer-facing environment (i.e. through satisfaction scores).\nProven track record of accomplishment as a systems installer.\nExperience with SQL, interfaces or systems coding.\nProficient in another language besides English and Mandarin.\n\n
