As an Associate Facilities Manager, you will perform day-to-day facility operational tasks, including the maintenance and inspection of office spaces, equipment, and infrastructure. This involves performing inspections, handling colleague requests, and ensuring a safe and operational environment.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant work experience

What will you be doing in this role?

Monitor contractors as required during projects, maintenance and repairsHandle and address requests from colleagues regarding security access to specific locations.Respond to basic colleague inquires and complaints, delivering timely and quality service.Perform daily inspections and prepare reports of maintenance of office spaces, ensuring that facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and operational.Assist with move, add and change activities.Coordinate work to be performed both internally and externally.Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving facilities management processes and supporting ongoing initiatives.

About the Team

The Global Real Estate and Facilities team is made up of 40+ colleagues across 12 countries.  We provide day-to-day facility management support, ensure the safety and sustainability of our offices, and provide strategic support and analysis on the effectiveness and utilization of our offices.  

Hours of Work

On-site position working 5 days a week Monday through Friday.Full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
