The Executive Recruiting Senior Associate is an important role on the Truist Enterprise Executive Search team supporting the Executive Search practice with research, candidate name generation, and competitor intelligence to deliver successful outcome on Executive searches. This role is in a job family that allows for growth to a progressively larger and more complex Executive Recruiting role and will work closely with the executive recruiting team as this incumbent performs research and drives data quality and storage to ensure a successful executive search outcome. This role also can provide back up support to executive recruiters on select active searches. This person will work in the Charlotte headquarters office a minimum of 4 days per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the development of advanced search strategies for executive recruiting searches and projects.
2. Develops full understanding of search and research needs of the Executive Recruiting team.
3. Research companies, develop target candidate lists, and develops analysis and targeted insights.
4. Identify potential candidates from a variety of open source and online tools and internal databases.
5. Provide research, mapping, and advanced analysis to determine organization structure.
6. Tracks organizational, industry, and functional trends to maintain current industry information analyzing market trends and “People Moves”.
7. Maintain the Executive Search practice’s knowledge management sites such as CRMs and SharePoint.
8. Build knowledge and capabilities around candidate and stakeholder management to be positioned to provide back up support on select active searches.
9. Work in the Charlotte HQ office a minimum of 4 days per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of contemporary recruitment research techniques.
2. 3-5 years of experience serving in a business environment or similar experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Quality focused and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
5. Creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
6. Ability to analyze and interpret data and make informed decisions.
7. Self-motivating and excellent time management skills.
8. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in the financial services industry.
2. Proficient using databases and internet mining techniques to surface candidates.
3. Experience with passive candidate sourcing and building talent pools and communities.
4. Strong business consulting skills.
5. Prior agency or search firm experience.
