Inviting applications for the role of Associate-Excel

Candidate with at good year of relevant experience in supply chain management Oracle systems is an added advantage. In this role the candidate will be responsible to create orders in order to ship parts from warehouse to Engineering unit for autopsy co-ordinate with FE, respective warehouses/teams till the part reaches the Engineering.

Responsibilities

Creating Sales orders and Internal requisitions in Oracle.

Working on different GE tools like Oracle, Warehousing tool, iMP, Support Central, Smartsheet etc.,

Daily tracking of in-transit parts from child to Main warehouse.

Support Central workflow maintenance.

Excel tracker maintenance.

FedEx Shipping label creation FE deconsignment.

Purchase order cancellations.

Hands-on knowledge on ERP (Oracle) is a plus.

Implement lean.

Train the new hire for the Processing.

Update work Instruction of the Process on Quarterly Basis.

Quarterly Weekly reviews with the customer on process updates issues.

Should be able to work on MS office tools.

Strictly follow SOP adhere to frequent changes.

Ready to take extra initiatives within team.

Should be able to adapt the changes.

Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies.

Respond to customer query through email, calls.

Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Responsible to showcase strong work ethics, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.

Candidate should be comfortable with 247 shift timings (Including weekends when required)

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Strong communication interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in using MS Office.

Advanced excel would be preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
