Position: Associate Engineer Experience: 1-3 Years Job Location: Bangalore **Educational Qualifications:** B.E/B Tech in Computer Science Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Avionics with a minimum experience of 1 years. **Responsibilities & Duties:** Performing State-of-the-art research in identifying relevant AI/ML technologies that can be leveraged for the use cases and build confidence with the customer early in the project through preliminary & critical design reviews. Identify Technology and Industry disruptions in AI/ML on the horizon. Lead projects activities such as requirements definition, architecture design, technology stack selection, development & deployment **Key Competencies & Skillsets:** Good Technical Leadership skills in prior role with experience in leading and guiding agile project teams for successful project execution Strong Software Development experience with AI/ML applications developed for Cloud or Embedded platforms. Prior Experience working on AWS cloud services is a plus. Good hands-on experience in at least two of the languages - Python, C, C#, C++ or Java is required. Good experience with MLOps. Additionally, prior experience in developing AI/ML software for Aerospace industry is a plus. Strong experience with at least one of the domains – Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Data Analytics, with a reasonable understanding of the other two domains. Prior experience in Generative AI or Explainable AI is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and well, both verbally and in written form, developing strong partnerships across functions to drive measurable operational results. Strong focus on quality and ability to navigate through company specific processes. Excels in a fast-paced environment with high degree of accountability.
