**Required Education/Experience** + Master's Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of full-time work experience in engineering, construction, or other operations area or + Bachelor's Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of full-time work experience in engineering, construction or other operations area. **Relevant Work Experience** + Must have minimum of 2 year's full time relevant experience with materials selection, metallurgy, multi-disciplinary collaboration, welding automation/robotics, and welding codes/standards compliance. Required + Must have computer literacy and the ability to direct the usage of electronic computer-based analytical simulations. Required + Demonstrated ability in managing and reviewing welding procedures, welding procedure qualifications and generating welding procedures. Required + Certified Welding Inspector or ability to get certified within a year. Preferred + Experience working productively and effectively in a team environment. Preferred + Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
