The Associate Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, enhance associate satisfaction, and drive engagement across the organization. This role focuses on analyzing engagement data, creating programs, and collaborating with leaders across the organization to drive Associate engagement and a high-performing workforce.

Associate Engagement & Culture Development
Design and execute engagement strategies to enhance Associate experience, satisfaction, and retention.Develop initiatives that promote a positive work environment, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural events.Partner with Employee Relations and business leaders throughout the organization to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.2 or more years in Associate engagement, HR, internal communications, or a related role.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate directly and diplomatically in oral and written forms.Experience with Associate surveys, data analysis, and action planning.Knowledge of engagement best practices and workplace culture strategies.Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams with strong relationship-building skillsExperience working in aviation, transportation, or supporting similarly regulated industriesExperience with the development of Human Resources processes, practices and engagement platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively, and drive initiatives independently.
