Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Associate (Electrical) to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. As an integral part of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing electrical systems for various projects, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Lead and manage medium to large-sized electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsDevelop and oversee electrical system designs, including power distribution, lighting, and control systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other building componentsPrepare detailed project specifications, cost estimates, and design programsManage project finances and resources to meet agreed-upon deliverables within budgetConduct quality control reviews of design calculations and drawingsMentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional developmentParticipate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements and progressStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant codes and standardsContribute to the continuous improvement of our electrical engineering practices and methodologies

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution (CIBSE/IET/IMechE Engineering Council accredited preferred)Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in design and project managementStrong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including local Singapore regulationsProficiency in electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar toolsExperience with BIM software packages and their application in electrical designExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgetsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detailExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
