**Overview**
Publicis Media’s Talent team is seeking an Associate Director to support with driving people initiatives across a wide range of client groups within the Performics Collective brand. The Associate Director will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day Talent function and drive Talent programs and initiatives. Not only will you work in lock step with your core Talent team and internal client teams; but you will also work with the broader Publicis Media Talent Team on initiatives to cultivate our unique culture and people practices.
Ideally the candidate should be based in the Atlanta area and may be required to travel on occasion.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work in partnership with the Talent team to deliver strategic Talent consulting to internal clients with a focus on strategic staff planning and development
+ Develops and leads Talent initiatives and programs, such as leadership development, performance management, and mentorship. Project manages to ensure timely implementation and delivery of all projects. Is a key stakeholder for owned project initiatives. Oversee all employee relations matters and investigations to minimize organizational risk
+ Build effective relationships with managers and capability leads and act as a trusted advisor when coaching on people issues and how to resolve them, ensuring a positive employee experience
+ Help drive people initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition and talent management
+ Partner with the Talent Director and leadership on action plans from employee engagement survey results and talent assessments
+ Proactively research best practices from around the network and external sources to strengthen the team’s delivery
+ Provide counseling and support on corporate policies and benefit programs, ensuring adherence
+ Partners with Shared Services to ensure operational execution
+ Work closely with Talent, Engagement, and Inclusion (TEI) to develop and manage objectives that promote and engage employees in core TEI programming and initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
+ Collaborate with the Talent team, leadership and client teams to implement and support the people and culture strategies, initiatives and programs that effectively support the mission, vision, values, and corporate objectives of our Agency
+ Manage and develop Talent team member(s) ensuring clear objectives and focus areas are communicated, feedback is shared regularly, and opportunities to develop are provided
**Qualifications**
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work at all levels of the organization
+ Detail-orientated and highly motivated, self-starter, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
+ Willing to go that extra mile to deliver high quality output
+ Great problem solving skills
+ Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Candidate must have strong organizational skills
+ Education/Knowledge: University Degree or Community college diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent industry experience; Knowledge of general HR practices, policies and pertinent legislation governing employment relations
+ Experience managing and/or mentoring team members
+ Experience/Skill: 7+ Years in the Human Resources field in a similar role

Compensation Range: $95,950- $131,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
