Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Director - Strategy Operations.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting efforts to further NYULH Information Technology towards meeting our strategic vision of a truly digital, world-class, fully integrated academic medical center. This role focuses on strategic initiatives that are forward looking and thinking for the department. The position reports administratively to the AVP of EPMO, Strategy and Operations but works closely with and takes direction from the CIO. Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a B.S. degree in information systems, engineering or related field.
5 years experience in Information Systems or Management Consulting.
Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. degree in information systems, engineering or related field; 7+ years in IT with strong experience in strategy, operations research, or similar disciplines; Healthcare experience required; Prior management consulting experience preferred; understanding of the requirements of an integrated academic medical center; Effective leader, dynamic personality, persuasive speaker, collaborative worker;
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $146,384.38 - $207,480.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
