Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Director - Strategy Operations.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting efforts to further NYULH Information Technology towards meeting our strategic vision of a truly digital, world-class, fully integrated academic medical center. This role focuses on strategic initiatives that are forward looking and thinking for the department. The position reports administratively to the AVP of EPMO, Strategy and Operations but works closely with and takes direction from the CIO. Over time, additional responsibilities may augment the position

Job Responsibilities:

Translates concepts into strategy and actionable plans; Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and lead others to make decisions and action plans; Passion for creating structure from ambiguity; Strategic thinking; Demonstrated excellence in communications, both written and verbal; Experience conducting business analysis; Ability to generate business case/ROI based on research and modeling; An enthusiastic business problem solver, innovator, continuous learner; self-starter,  Superior organization,  planning and time management skills; Self-starter with enthusiastic work ethic and attention to detail. Experience with people development and management

Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a B.S. degree in information systems, engineering or related field.
5 years experience in Information Systems or Management Consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. degree in information systems, engineering or related field; 7+ years in IT with strong experience in strategy, operations research, or similar disciplines; Healthcare experience required; Prior management consulting experience preferred; understanding of the requirements of an integrated academic medical center; Effective leader, dynamic personality, persuasive speaker, collaborative worker;

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $146,384.38 - $207,480.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
