The Associate Director, Solution Delivery PMO is responsible for the successful delivery of Vistex projects and develop project delivery strategies to improve customer satisfaction. The Associate Director will report to the APJ Solution Delivery Leadership and shall assist in leading the Delivery Management team.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the delivery of projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and governance arrangements. Manage communications with all stakeholders Manage risks to the Projects successful outcome Lead project teams in escalation management and developing mitigation plans Assist in documenting and designing PMO process and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation) Establish "trusted advisor" relationships with key client and implementation partner stakeholders Monitor budget to actual project expenditures, headcount and deliverable completion Manage and maintain project financials (resources, schedule and budget) In depth knowledge of project implementation methodologies and best practices.
