You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and mentoring teams to drive innovation and customer-centric product development. **Responsibilities** + Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. + Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction and business impact. + Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to create data-driven, user-centric products. + Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to refine product offerings. + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and iterate accordingly. + Mentor and coach product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. + Partner with executive leadership to shape the long-term digital and product strategy. + Advocate for customer needs, ensuring that product decisions are driven by user insights and business value. + Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation. **Qualifications** + 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. + Experience in working with retail or consumer products clients. + Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex challenges into strategic product opportunities. + Hands-on experience with roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and user story creation. + Experience in working with engineering teams and familiarity with modern technology stacks. + Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present product strategies to executives. + Understanding of customer research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
