As the Associate Director of Operations - Autonomous Vehicle Solutions,
you will spearhead the establishment and success of the Onroad Transport Operations entity.

Responsibilities Lead innovation: Build and manage the transport operations entity, preparing it for commercial pilot operations. Recruit, manage, lead, coach, train, develop and motivate your team to deliver high quality resultsStrategize for Success: Analyze business operations, plan staffing, extablish processess and ensure alignment with standards and policies.Inspire Excellence: Recruit, coach and develop a dynamic team capable fo delivering top-tier autonomous transport solutions.Drive result: Implement and test operational concepts, train customers, monitor progress and ensure operational readiness.Optimize systems: Oversee the daily operations, including repair and maintenance for onboard, offboard and IT systems.Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with R&D teams to integrate operations into pilots, continuously improving performance. The role is part of the International Operational excellence as well as TRATON Autonomous Solutions organization.
