Associate Director of Marketing, Clinical and Customer Partnerships (Hybrid)
**Job Description Summary** The Associate Director, Clinical Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, US Region, will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs that highlight the clinical value propositions of the company’s products. This role involves collaborating with Cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, HEOR, Sales, Marketing Leadership, Customers, and Industry Partners to ensure marketing strategies align with clinical data and meet market needs. The Associate Director, Clinical Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, US Region, will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing marketing programs that highlight the clinical value propositions of the company’s products. This role involves collaborating with Cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, HEOR, Sales, Marketing Leadership, Customers, and Industry Partners to ensure marketing strategies align with clinical data and meet market needs. The position reports to the Director of Marketing, Medication Prep and Clinical, MMS, US Region. **Responsibilities:** + Create and complete clinical marketing initiatives to support short and long-term business objectives + Collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather insights and validate clinical claims + Create and manage clinical content for marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, and presentations + Provide voice of customer and input into future product development roadmaps + Apply BD Way of Marketing to design and implement programs + Work with the Medical Affairs team to design and implement data collection, studies, and workflows on BD products and liaison with MMS marketing regarding evidence generation deployment + Identify, maintain, and help cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, professional associations, and the MMS customer advisory board + Design customer/KOL engagement strategy + Monitor and analyze clinical trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform clinical marketing initiatives **Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelors Degree required and Master's Degree preferred; Clinical degree preferred (PharmD, BSN) + Minimum of 7 years of experience within relevant marketing roles in medical device and health-care technology + Experience working in healthcare required + Experience in Advisory Board Development, Customer Reference, and Customer Excellence Programs **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to support business objectives + Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory requirements + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Proven leadership abilities + Ability to influence key stake holders at all levels of organization, across locations, and the industry + Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team + Growth mindset + Strong Customer Focus including value proposition development, needs identification, training development, experience with sales force and customers, and a bias towards responsiveness. + Ability to travel ~50%+ of the time At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
