Job Description:
Financial leader of FP&A processes, driving business growth and value creation. Responsible for financial planning, tracking performance and developing tools to support achieve targets. Analyze results, present insights, and drive transformation projects across all levels. Collaborate with regional Finance, cross-functional areas and global FP&A teams, along with leveraging digital tools for decision-making. Build and lead a high-performance team in an agile, digital environment.
What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. MBA preferred.8+ years of Finance Financial Planning experience within a CPG environment.Extensive financial management experience, including forecasting, planning, and team leadership, with exposure to marketing and sales finance in a major consumer products business.Experience in financial and non-financial functions with strong analytical and insight capabilities.Ability to influence and motivate all levels within the business.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Process and Project Management experience, drive change through continuous improvement.Accounting experience with the ability to drive standards.What will be your key responsibilities?Act as the "gatekeeper" of the P&L during each Planning cycle and control the key assumption set. Lead periodical performance management, regular and ad-hoc financial forecast and gap closing actions.Finance Business partner – support all aspects of financial performance, analyzing all relevant business information to generate insights and a compelling narrative, driving actions/decision making.Key member of Unit S&OP+ process, leading STEP4 (IR), providing link between the single steps and taking an active role in generating options to support decision making towards achieving 18-24 months goalsContinuously review and develop state of the art FP&A processes in strong cooperation with Global and Corporate Finance to support current and future business objectives.Lead and/or Support ad-hoc requests and strategic long-term projects.Support the Digital Transformation in Finance, establishing and driving digital tools/reporting and a value creation mindset within the cluster organization.As Team Lead and key member of FLT+, needs to Recruit, develop, coach and motivate associates, building an effective team to ensure a high level of performance.Initiate, lead and manage projects which will provide insight into our current operations and strategies as well as our key competitors.What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.#LI-KR4
