To succeed in the position, it is essential that you have an analytical mind - a flair for numbers, helping you put findings in its right context, foresee challenges and draw attention to solutions. Moreover, you have a good conceptual understanding of market research techniques and principles, focused especially on the brand health tracking suite of research.
You understand the client environment, commercial issues, industry structures and societal context and hold a strong ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver against objectives. With natural flair, you can easily manage various stakeholders within a project.
It is important that you have a solid experience with brand research, and with driving/co-driving large client accounts and have ambitions and appetite for continuously taking on increased responsibilities.
You likely have a university degree in economics or marketing, and it is essential that you come with at least 5 years of experience working with quantitative market research.
You communicate fluently in written and spoken English, our common company language.

Our tracking setup is characterised by including a strong client service element, state of the art deliverables & data visualisation, and advanced analysis, reporting and presentation. The Brand Health Tracking team consists of 10 employees with different profiles and experience levels and work closely with our Data Science team.
