As part of the Innovative Medicine Transcend program, you will have the outstanding opportunity to be a key player in the modernization of our foundational R&D and Clinical Supplies processes and solutioning! Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicine business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. Driven by Supply Chain, this program is of critical importance to R&D, as R&D’s labs, pilot plants and Clinical Supply Chain heavily rely on the Supply Chain SAP platforms. Key Responsibilities + We are looking for an R&D Associate Director End to End Integration to support the implementation of a large transformational program called IM Transcend within R&D. In this role you are responsible to ensure R&D and Clinical end to end process and data design and solutioning is in place and aligned with Transcend global template team and supported by R&D & Clinical stakeholders. + You will work closely with the Transcend business integration lead to ensure alignment related to methodology, tools and ways of working. + You will support the different implementation phases during the program life cycle + You manage a team of internal and external resources. You partner closely with other CSC process owners. + As End to End integration lead you ensure the Transcend solution is working end to end for R&D and Clinical including all satellite systems and connections with legacy ERP processes/solutions. You deliver the required program deliverables. + You work closely with the R&D Transcend process owners and JJT leads, with R&D and Clinical management in building and implementing a new template, ensuring the R&D requirements are covered while following the “keep the core clean” approach. + You will act as a change agent for the R&D business organization **Qualifications** Qualifications + A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biology, Logistics or Information Technology is required. + Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification is an asset. + APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is an asset. Experience and Skills Required + Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience + Good understanding of Pharma supply chain business processes + Excellent understanding of SAP with a key focus on supply chain + Good understanding of master data management within SAP (including migration) + Experience working in a global/regional setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation program. + Strong interpersonal and project management skills + Ability to think transformational (no status quo) + Understanding of GxP, data integrity and compliance requirements. + Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. + Experience with Agile methodology and program deployment methodology including Jira. + Act as change agent to implement new processes in a business environment Preferred + Understanding of Clinical Trial management.
