What You Will Do:
 

Handling, Service Delivery, Client Relationship, and Internal Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor large teams and provide directions and structure for operating units.Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.Facilitating process re-engineering and improvements to enhance customer engagement.Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize revenue cycle processes, improve cash flow, and minimize revenue leakage.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track revenue cycle performance and identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, any other guidelines.Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and coding guidelines, and proactively adapt revenue cycle processes to comply with evolving standards.Ensuring attrition control & job enrichment at process levelsUnderstand & demonstrate in depth knowledge in healthcare end-to-end domain and transform cutting edge solutions to exhibit values to the client.

What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field; master’s degree preferred.15+ years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.Proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing denials, and maximizing revenue in a healthcare environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Must have experience in managing large/ multi locational teams.Must have experience working in large matrixed organizations.
